Reach out with your inquiry, and we’ll respond within 24 hours. We’re here to listen to your concerns and understand your unique situation because we know how important your child is to you.

We can help answer questions, such as whether supervision services are available in your area and when visits can begin. If services aren’t immediately accessible, we’ll add you to our waitlist.

Intake Assessment

Initial Consultation-Evolution
After assigning your case to an appropriate supervisor, both parents must complete an initial assessment. This assessment identifies the unique needs of your situation and any necessary steps to ensure a secure and dependable service.

The designated supervisor will then create a plan for supervised visits, prioritizing the child’s well-being, taking into account the preferences of both parents, and adhering to any court-mandated guidelines. Intake can proceed faster if both parents pay the required fees and have compatible availability.

Supervised Visits

After determining that supervised contact is appropriate, the assigned supervisor will arrange supervised sessions for the non-resident parent and child to take place.

Using details gathered from the initial evaluation, a tailored plan will be created, including any necessary support to meet your child’s unique needs and circumstances. The supervisor will oversee these visits and may continue them regularly as needed.

Observation Report

Our observation reports offer the Court detailed insights into your child’s interactions with both parents, as well as any concerns noted by the supervising contact professional during your time with Supervision Australia. Recognizing the importance of these reports in your case, we provide formal observation reports at no additional cost when required by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Please submit your request for an observation report at least seven days before it’s needed. The report will be completed on a standardized affidavit template, ready for your solicitor to witness alongside your appointed supervisor.
