How It Works

Services

Supervised Contact Visits

We supervise time between a child and their parent in a safe, neutral setting. The supervisor remains present, observes interactions and supports both parties to follow the agreed conditions.

Supervised Changeovers

We manage pick-up and drop-off so parents don’t have to meet. This reduces conflict and keeps the focus on the child.

Observation / Court Reports

Where requested, we provide a factual observation report for your solicitor or for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Mobile Outreach

How it Works

Step 1 – Enquiry

Call us or submit the form. We confirm availability, location and who is referring (parent, lawyer, agency).

Step 2 – Intake / Assessment

We collect details from both parents/guardians, review court orders and set conditions for the visit.

Step 3 – Supervised Visits / Changeovers

A trained supervisor attends, supports the child and ensures the plan is followed.

Step 4 – Report (if required)

A written observation report can be provided on the standard template for your solicitor/court.
