Intake and Session Fees

• Intake Session: $300 (one-time fee)

  • Initial information-gathering session with both parents.

• Weekday Contact:

  • $295 per visit (up to 3 hours)

  • Additional hours: $95 per hour

  • If contact ends after 8 PM: $375 per visit

• Weekend Contact:

  • Saturday: $340 per visit (up to 3 hours)

  • Sunday: $385 per visit (up to 3 hours)

  • Additional hours: $110 per hour on Saturday, $125 per hour on Sunday

• Zoom Contact:

  • Weekdays: $90 per session (up to 2 hours)

  • Weekends: $130 per session (up to 2 hours)

• Public Holiday Contact:

  • $535 per visit (up to 3 hours)

  • Additional hours: $145 per hour

 

Documentation and Court Fees

• Court Report: $350

  • Includes up to four supervised sessions. Additional sessions: $30 each.

  • Requires two weeks' notice.

• Affidavit Preparation: $80

  • Reduced to $40 if completed during Covid-19 without a Justice of the Peace.

• Court Evidence: $65 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

  • Applies to both in-person and telephone evidence.

• Subpoena Preparation: $30

 

Additional Services

• Home Safety Assessment: $200

• Travel Fees: $2 per kilometer if travel exceeds 20 km to supervision venue.

• Child Transportation: $2 per kilometer + hourly supervision based on standard rates.
